The Cottage
A country house built in 1555, situated in the heart of Warwickshire in the pretty village of Harbury, five miles from Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and the stunning town of Warwick with its grand castle. Stratford on Avon is just 12 miles away, the home of Shakespeare. The Cotswolds are 30 miles away and full of beautiful villages. It is the perfect base from which to enjoy this gorgeous countryside and all it has to offer within easy reach of many country villages and lots of wonderful nearby walks.
The Cottage consists of a large open plan kitchen and dining room, utility room, small snug lounge, large formal lounge with wood burner, boot-room and toilet on the ground floor.
The small snug lounge downstairs with lots of games and a TV can also be made into a double room with a pull-out sofa-bed.
Outside we have a BBQ area, plenty of outdoor seating and a hot-tub situated in a lovely large private garden.

Downstairs
Kitchen/Dining Room
The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need with an authentic Aga for cooking. The dining table seats 10 for cosy meals in.

Living Room
The formal lounge is furnished with two large couches and two armchairs, a large TV, plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Cottage.
The wood burner in the winter is perfect for snuggling up and watching a movie.
Bedrooms
Super King En-Suite
The luxury super-king bedroom overlooks the private garden and offers lots of space to relax.
The en-suite bathroom accommodates an antique bath, separate shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
King Room
The cosy king room is our second largest bedroom room with side tables, lamps, a chest of draws and wardrobe.
Double Room
The Double Room with its stylish framed bed, side tables with lamps and a chest of drawers for your comfort.
A single foldout bed is available and can be found under the double bed and can be used if required.
Small Double Room
The small cosy double room comfortably sleeps 2,with side table and lamp.
Second Lounge with Double Sofa Bed
This small snug lounge downstairs with TV can be made into a double room with a pull-out sofa-bed.

Hot Tub
Relax and unwind after a days sightseeing and exploring the local surrounding in our beautiful hot tub, overlooking the gorgeous garden.
Outdoor Area
Outside in the south facing, private courtyard we have a fabulous BBQ area with table and chairs as well as comfy sofas for relaxing.
A few steps further into the garden you will find a lovely grassed area with table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Dog Friendly
We would love to welcome your pooch.
An outside heated dog tap shower is available to wash your dog after a great days walk - dog towels, shampoo and yummy treats provided.
